Pool Fence Compliance Documents

Two compliance documents are included in your handover pack:

• Pool Fence Compliance Certificate (legal compliance to AS 1926)
• Pool Barrier Inspection Report (inspection record)

🚨 CRITICAL — Retain these for the life of the pool

Both documents must be retained for the life of the pool. They will be required for any future property sale.

Rainwater Tank (Aqua Spring 5000 L)

Your rainwater tank has a dual function:

• 4000 L usable storage plumbed to toilets and laundry cold water
• 1000 L detention for stormwater management

Care

• Clean the first flush device and filters every 6 months.
• Check the submersible pump (Onga DW7535) annually.
• Do not modify the detention component. It is a stormwater compliance requirement.
• Check the overflow connection to the stormwater system annually.

Colorbond Fencing

• Wash annually with fresh water to remove salt, dirt, and pollution.
• Do not lean heavy objects against the fence.
