Pendant and Feature Lights (Disegno Luce)
Section titled “Pendant and Feature Lights (Disegno Luce)”- Dust glass shades gently with a soft dry cloth.
- For gold/brass fixtures (MONTERO-24, GARDEN-40), do not use chemical cleaners. Wipe with a soft cloth only.
- Most pendants are LED. Replacement globes (if applicable) should match the colour temperature (3000 K warm white).
Downlights, Surface Mounts & LED Strips (The Light Impact)
Section titled “Downlights, Surface Mounts & LED Strips (The Light Impact)”- LED fittings are long-life (typically 25,000+ hours). Replacement is of the whole unit, not the globe.
- If an LED light fails, check the driver first. Drivers are typically accessible from above the ceiling.
- LED strip lighting has drivers that may need replacement after 5 to 7 years.
Casambi Garden Lighting System
Section titled “Casambi Garden Lighting System”Your landscape lighting (Firefly bollards, Radius path lights, Compass spike lights, Lotus area lights) is controlled via a Casambi Bluetooth mesh system installed by LDP Electrical (Lawrence).

- Download the Casambi app on your phone for scene control and scheduling.
- Replace any failed fittings through LDP Electrical — the system needs Casambi-compatible drivers.
Clipsal Iconic Switches and GPOs
Section titled “Clipsal Iconic Switches and GPOs”- Wipe with a damp cloth. Do not spray cleaning products directly onto switches.
- Test safety switches (RCDs) quarterly by pressing the test button. See Emergency Shut-Offs for the full RCD test procedure.
