Custom kitchen and appliances

Refer to individual appliance manuals for detailed care instructions. Bound copies of the manuals form Appendix A — Supplier Care Sheets of this kit. The following is a summary of key maintenance items.

Bosch Ovens

Section titled “Bosch Ovens”

You have two Bosch ovens:

  • Series 8 HBG976MB1A — 60×60 cm, pyrolytic self-clean, Home Connect

  • Series 8 CSG958DB1 — 45×60 cm Compact Steam Oven, Home Connect

  • Use the pyrolytic self-clean function as needed on HBG976MB1A. Remove racks first.

  • Compact Steam Oven: descale the water reservoir monthly or as prompted on the display.

  • Wipe the door seal after each use to prevent grease build-up.

Bosch Induction Cooktop (Series 6 PIV931HC1E)

  • 90 cm induction, Home Connect compatible.
  • Clean with a ceramic cooktop cleaner and soft cloth after each use.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or scouring pads.
  • Wipe up sugar-based spills immediately (sugar can bond to glass when heated).

Miele Refrigeration

You have three Miele refrigeration units:

  • KS 7743 E — integrated fridge, PerfectFresh Pro, DynaCool

  • FNS 7794 E — integrated freezer, NoFrost, plumbed ice maker

  • K 31222 Ui — under-bench fridge (136 L, single door)

  • Clean condenser coils annually (located at the rear or base).

  • FNS 7794 E: the NoFrost system eliminates manual defrosting. Keep vents clear.

  • KS 7743 E: PerfectFresh drawers maintain optimal humidity. Clean quarterly.

  • Ice Maker (on FNS 7794 E): replace the water filter every 6 months or as indicated on the display.

Falmec Rangehoods

You have two Falmec rangehoods:

  • Gruppo Incasso Plus NRS 80 — kitchen island, F3GN80S2, 80 cm

  • Genova Plus 120 cm — alfresco area, FP3GV12S2-ER2010, undermount

  • Wash aluminium grease filters monthly in the dishwasher or with hot soapy water.

  • Replace carbon filters every 3 to 6 months (if recirculating) or as indicated.

  • Clean the stainless steel exterior with a stainless steel cleaner. Wipe in the direction of the grain.

Bosch Dishwashers (Series 8 SBV8EDX01A)

You have three Bosch Series 8 dishwashers — main kitchen, alfresco, and bar.

  • Clean the filter after every 5 to 10 cycles in each unit.
  • Run a maintenance wash (empty, hot cycle) monthly.
  • Top up rinse aid and salt as indicated.
  • All dishwashers support Bosch Home Connect. Set up via the app.

Soda Tap (5-IN-1 System)

Brushed Gold pull-out soda tap with five functions: filtered ambient, chilled, sparkling, hot mains, cold mains.

  • Replace the water filter every 6 months or 3,000 litres (whichever comes first).
  • Replace the CO2 canister when the system indicates low gas.
  • Clean the aerator and spout monthly with warm water.

🚨 CRITICAL — Filter replacement is mandatory for warranty

Failure to replace filters on time can affect water quality and void the warranty.

Franke Sinks (Maris — Fragranite Matte Black)

  • Clean with warm soapy water and a soft cloth.
  • Do not use bleach, caustic cleaners, or abrasive pads.
  • For stubborn stains, use a dedicated Fragranite cleaner.
  • Rinse and dry after cleaning to prevent water spots.

Artusi Bar Fridge + Vintec Wine Fridge

  • Artusi Beverage Centre ABC1B (560×850×500 mm)
  • Vintec V190BVC-BK 250 Beer-Bottle Beverage Centre (595×1860×610 mm)
