Emergency Shut-Off Locations
⚠️ CAUTION — Before moving in
All occupants should know the location of every shut-off below. A handover site walk will confirm each location with you.

Safety Switch Testing
Section titled “Safety Switch Testing”Test the safety switch (RCD) every three months by pressing the test button on the switchboard. It should trip immediately. Reset by flicking the switch back on. If it does not trip, contact a licensed electrician — call Lawrence.
Smoke Alarms
Section titled “Smoke Alarms”Smoke alarms are interconnected as required under NCC 2022.
- Test monthly by pressing the test button on each alarm.
- Replace batteries annually (or as indicated).
- Do not disconnect or remove alarms.
